Around it, comforting Italian cooking: our signature Mafaldina pasta, pizzas baked on an organic type 00 flour dough, and the famous parmigiana fries born in our kitchens in 2006.

Our hotel partners
Nine PACINI restaurants live inside a hotel, and that model has become one of the banner’s strengths: the restaurant serves the hotel’s guests morning, noon and night, and the hotel offers its guests a real Italian table rather than an anonymous dining room.
A genuine commitment to the Véro & Louis Foundation
Since October 2019, PACINI has given $1 to the Véro & Louis Foundation for every Americana de la Maison pizza sold at regular price. And every April — Autism Month — head office matches the amounts raised by the Quebec restaurants.
But the partnership doesn’t stop there:
- Every service employee in Quebec wears the Foundation’s official T-shirt throughout April
- Pizza-making workshops are offered to residents of the Maison Véro & Louis in Varennes
- PACINI is a silver partner of the Véro & Louis golf tournament and official sponsor of the 12 h – 80 km race since 2025
The Foundation’s mission: to create permanent living environments for autistic people aged 21 and over. In 2023, that commitment earned PACINI the Outstanding Corporate Citizen award (under 500 employees) from the Association des professionnels en philanthropie.
